Accessory Packages
All boarders have the option of purchasing an Accessory Package ($140/month or $4.50/day) when boarding at Sagehill Stables. These accessory packages are to encourage clients to participate in Sagehill Stables events and services and support our partner businesses. They also give clients up to a 15% discount on services! Package options will continue to change and grow as new partners join us at Sagehill Stables!
Streams
Choose from one of the five accessory package streams:
Lesson Stream:
Choose from 4-group or 3-semi-private lessons every month! This package gets you a $5/lesson savings! Please book all lessons by the 25th of the previous month. Any additional lessons required will be extra at the regular rate.
Training Stream:
Receive 4 training sessions/month for your horse from one of the trainers working out of Sagehill Stables! This package gets you a $5/training session savings! This package is a great option to keep your horse in shape if you are having trouble finding time to ride or need some problem solving with your horse! Please book all training sessions with your trainer directly by the 25th of the previous month. Any additional training sessions required will be at the regular rate.
Pampered Horse Stream:
Give your horse the gift of 4 Pampered Horse Sessions each week for a month!
If you can’t make it out frequently to see your horse, if you are going away on holidays or if gas prices go up again, you may want to consider enrolling your horse in the Sagehill Stables pampered horse program! A $10 pampered horse session includes a guaranteed 30 minutes of quality time with your horse. This can include a basic groom with feet cleaning, feeding grain or supplements to outdoor board horses, applying fly spray, de-icing feet, de-mudding fetlock areas, treating/dressing cuts or sores, basic clipping and braiding for health and safety purposes, applying hoof dressings, checking blankets and any other items you need checked when you can’t make it out to see your horse daily. All clients of Sagehill’s Pampered Horse Service must attend the first scheduled session where they will fill out an application form and show the groom how they would like things done and how they would like their horse handled. All products and brushes must be supplied. A bathing can be requested which is equivalent to 2 services, and is weather dependent. A show groom, including bathing, clipping and braiding, must be requested in advance with pricing to be determined and based on services requested.
Please book all dates by the 25th of the previous month with your Pampered Horse Groom.
Fun Events & Other Services Stream:
Receive a $ for $ exchange of your Accessory Package for fun events, shows, room or lodge rental, arena rental or other outside services for you and/or your friends with a 10% discount.
If you are not interested in participating in Lessons, Training or the Pampered Horse programs, you can exchange your $140 accessory package $ for $ with your choice of combination of fun events, shows, or outside services with a 10% discount. Please note there are typically not enough Fun Events in a month to use all your Accessory Package credits, unless there is a show in that month. Other services can include arena fees ($15/hr) to bring in outside coaches for higher level riders. Or, put your accessory package towards paying for a friend’s daily/monthly pass or trailer in fees, have a pony party for your friends or rent the lodge to celebrate with friends and family. All fun events and other services must be booked by the 25th of the previous month.
Katmah Training Stream: If you are interested in services provided by Katmah Training, please inquire as to how these can be added to your accessory package

Agility Dawg Stream: If you are interested in services provided by Agility Dawg, please inquire as to how these can be added to your accessory package!
Combo Stream:
If you are interested in participating in a variety of activities and programs, there is a combo that will work for you! Choose from one of the 20+ combos listed on Table 1! Please book all activates with the respective coach, trainer or groom by the 25th of the previous month.
Combos can be changed with one months notice to Sagehill Stables, by the 25th of the month.
