Lead-Line Rides

Our most popular choice for kids & adults!

• Participants take turns riding 3 different horses led in-hand by our wonderful staff
• We use horses of various sizes depending on the age of the riders (not just ponies!)
• All riding is done indoors and can run rain or shine, all year round (note: arena and barns are heated to 5° C in Winter, please dress accordingly)
• Optional Add-Ons
  • Room rentals after your party for food, cake, games and gifts! 
  • Downstairs indoor room rental (seating for 25-30 people; $80 +GST/1 hr)
  • Outdoor fire pit area ($80 +GST/ 1 hr, firewood included)​
  • Lodge Event Center  ($125 + GST/ 1 hr) For large groups this includes the upstairs room with tables & chairs to seat 100 and the firepit, firewood included)
  • Petting Zoo Critters Visit with the bunnies, goats and miniature donkey and horses ($80 + GST/ 30 minutes)

Lead-line party includes:

• 10 riders for $240+GST ($15/additional rider, up to a 20 rider maximum)
• Unlimited guests are allowed to watch the riding activities and/or join your room rental
  
• 45-minutes riding time-slot for lead-line rides
• Plus 15 minutes safety orientation and grooming
• Helmets for riders
  
• Group photos​
• All riding participants need to have a signed waiver (link below) and closed toed shoes

Important Notes - Please Read!

All guests entering the barn must have closed-toed shoes. For riders, long pants or jeans in the summer are suitable (NO shorts or bare legs). In the winter, ski pants, winter boots, winter jacket, gloves, toques are appropriate. Helmets are mandatory and will be provided for all riders or participants can bring their own equestrian-rated helmet. Kids under the age of 6 must have an adult walk beside them during the rides (doubles on horseback is not permitted).  Kids under 3 will only be permitted to ride the Miniature horses (please let us know in advance).

All guests are required to sign a waiver before riding (see liability release below). These should be signed in advance, parental guardians must sign for children under the age of 18.

Visit with Zip & Elsa

Pony rides with Zip & Elsa our miniature horses!

• Perfect party option for toddlers or a group that prefers not to ride and just want to visit with the Miniature horses. ​

Party package includes:

• 45 minute time-slot for $150+GST, includes pony rides, grooming and safety orientation
• Max 20 riders, unlimited guests
• Kids must be 50 pounds and under to ride the miniature horses
• Additional lead-line horse and leader for riders bigger than 50 pounds is $56+GST
• Optional: Add on a room rental, firepit rental, Lodge event centre rental or petting zoo!

Game Night

Ideal for groups of friends or teams ages 8 to 14!

• Maximum group size of 15 participants 
• Participants (ages 8+) take turns riding different horses in various games and/or obstacles courses, depending on skill level of riders
• Optional: Add on a room rental, firepit rental, Lodge event centre rental or petting zoo!

Game Night includes:

• 1.5-hour time-slot, split into grooming and safety orientation, tack-up and riding
• Priced at $40/rider, with a minimum price of $325+GST for groups of less than 8 
• up to 5 horses to groom and ride depending on group size

Private or Group Riding Lesson

For up to 5 riders, ages 8 and up!

• 45-minute lesson and 15 minute grooming/tack-up session instructed by a coach
• All riding is done indoors (note: arena's are not heated or air conditioned, please dress accordingly)​
• Optional indoor room or outdoor firepit rental after your party for food, cake, games, and gifts!

Package includes:

• One of our wonderful coaches to instruct riding
• 1-hour session 
• Grooming, tacking-up, and riding 
• Each rider gets their own horse to ride 
• Prices depend on number of riders:
  • Private (single rider) $116 + GST
  • 2 riders $101/per rider + GST
  • 3 to 5 riders $86/per rider + GST

Indoor Downstairs Room

There is space for tables and chairs to seat about 25 to 30 people on the main floor of the lodge

Firepit Rental

Enjoy roasting hotdogs and marshmallows around the firepit!  Area includes 3 picnic tables (partially covered) and log seating.

Lodge Event Centre

For special events or larger parties, you can book the upstairs lodge room with tables and chairs for 100 people.  Firepit included. 

For all our room rentals, party goers bring their own decorations, food, drinks, water, table cloths and event favors. For our firepit, please bring your own roasting sticks for marshmallows and hotdogs.
