Quarter Lease

Mini-Horse Lease (for children ages 4 to 7, or depending on size of child)
Essential Care Lease A.K.A. Adopt a Horse Program
Note on Lesson Requirements:
- 6 uses per month including use in lessons in the Equestrian Development Program (4 weekly lessons, plus 2 practice rides per month)
- Base price for school horses: $423.25/month + GST price includes 4 weekly group lessons (prices may increase depending on the ability of the horse and owner's specifications)
- Additional practice rides can be purchased at $52/ride + GST
- Note private and semi-private lessons will have additional fees
Part Lease
- 12 uses per month including use in lessons in the Equestrian Development Program (4 weekly lessons plus 8 practice rides per month)
- Base Price for school horses: $654.50/month + GST includes 4 weekly group lessons (prices may vary depending on the ability of the horse and owner's specifications)
- Note private and semi-private lessons will have additional fees
Mini-Horse Lease (for children ages 4 to 7, or depending on size of child)
- 8 uses per month
- $100/month
- Lead-line rides and grooming
- Parent must have experience with being able to catch, groom and tack-up horse independently
Essential Care Lease A.K.A. Adopt a Horse Program
- 2 visits per week to groom, hand walk and spend time with a horse
- Leases must have enough horsemanship skills to catch, groom and walk their horse
- Can be combined with lessons or done separately
- Price for essential care lease with no lessons: $100/month + GST
- Price for essential care lease with 4 weekly lessons (one visit, one ride per week): group lesson, tack & school horse fee for lessons (EDP program) + additional $92/month + GST
Note on Lesson Requirements:
- Lessons are required for all quarter and part leases to ensure that the rider’s ability is maintained, to maintain the training level of the horse and to maintain safety aspects.
- All quarter and part lessee's will be required to have an assessment ride prior to signing a lease contract in order to assess the lessee's skill level and ability to handle the horse in practice rides
