Courtney Voth Tricks Workshop Series
Presented by Agility Dawg at Sagehill Centre
4 Sundays 1:00-2:00 November 15, 22, 29, December 6
If people wish, we can try to change the time on Grey Cup Day, Nov 29.
Each workshop involves partnership building exercises, theory of behavior & science based training, plus shaping games.
We will discuss briefly canine freestyle dance, & work towards creating a mini routine.
Requirements:
Clicker - I have loaners for the first class. Low value treats (kibble, small dry treats, pupperoni) High value treats (hotdogs, rollover) - rewards will be often, bring LOTS of small treats. Favorite dog toy Kennel
Good attitude 😊
We would like everyone to have basic knowledge of how clicker training works, even if you Google it or watch YouTube videos. Dogs should be friendly with people and other dogs... however, there will be no socializing as everyone will be "working".
Only 6 working spots available - $125 for the 4 workshops
Auditing (without your dog) - $70 for the 4 workshops
Cheques payable to: Lois Melville
Chairs will be set up in the warm and bright room.
Directions: Drive 5 minutes on Waverley south of the Perimeter, watching for the Sagehill Stables sign on the left at 4180 Waverley. Inside, turn immediately to your right & go upstairs to the Agility Dawg room. Sagehill has beautiful walking trails to enjoy with or without your kids.
