Date Night is a fun way to try something new! Bring your partner, husband/wife, best friend, or whoever needs to get out and do something new this Valentine's Day!
Each pair is assigned one horse to work with. Learn how to be safe around horses, groom a horse together and lead it. Then each partner can try riding. If one partner doesn't want to ride that's OK too. The idea is to have a new experience and fun time with someone you care about, all while hanging out with our beautiful horses. After your horse time is over, head over to our fire shack and have some hot-chocolate and marshmallows by the fire. Bring a blanket or two to cozy up in! The barn is heated to 0 degrees in the winter, but the arena where we will ride may be -5 to -10. Please dress warm in layers (long-johns or two pairs of pants, hat, mits and winter jacket, extra pair of socks). We have helmets for you to wear and it mandatory for everyone to wear a helmet. If possible please wear footwear with a 1/2 inch square heel (i.e. cowboy boots, winter boots with a little heel, hikers or workboots with a heel, ect.) Price is $95/couple. 5 couples per time-slot. Includes marshmallows and hot-chocolate by the fire afterwards. Bring a blanket or 2! Available Time-slots:

Tug-of-War: Valentine's Day Special

Join us on Saturday February 11th for our special couples experience. Tug-of-War is a fun way to learn about about horses and work on communication skills with your partner. Horses are the teachers in this non-riding horse experience event. With your partner, guide your horse through a series of challenges and obstacles and see what the horse has to tell you about your communication styles and working together! Will you pass the Tug-of-War challenge?
This is a non-riding session, no horse experience needed, and includes time grooming and getting to know your horse teacher and working together through a series of obstacles with your horse. Afterwards, head over to the fire shack to enjoy some hot-chocolate and marshmallows! Bring a blanket or two to stay warm! All participants will be required to sign a liability release prior to the event. Spots available for 3 couples. Saturday February 11th from 4 to 5:30pm $95/couple + GST |
