2. View the upcoming proposed scheduled
All students can view the upcoming proposed schedule by clicking on "Account Home", and then clicking on "Booking Calendar: See What's On"
View the first week of lessons for the upcoming session to see the proposed schedule (for example, for summer session 2025, look at the weeks of July 6th through 12th).
PLEASE NOTE THIS BOOKING CALENDAR STARTS ON A MONDAY, NOT A SUNDAY.
Courses are listed on the calendar according to their tack-up time, but the name of the class includes the riding time, day of the week and coach's name.
Please note that the schedule is proposed and class times may change if we don't get enough students to run certain timeslots (this may shift a whole day if we have to cancel a lesson on the schedule). If we have to change your lesson time and you can no longer make the class time work, we will refund your deposit.
3. Register for your course of choice
Once you click on the course/class of your choice from the booking calendar, it will take you to the booking page. Once on the booking page, make sure the start date of the class is selected, then scroll down to COURSES.
Click on the class you want to register in. The details of the class, including the class schedule will show, along with other details of the session/program. You will need to select the rider for the course, if you are using a school horse or your own horse, and if you are paying in full or with the payment plan.
Add-Ons: You will be asked if you want to add anything onto your summer lesson package. You can choose a summer student locker rental, a lesson lease or a 1/4 lease. Please see #5 below for lesson lease and 1/4 lease details before you select these options. Note that add-ons need to be paid for along with the deposit. The remaining payments will be to cover lesson fees only.
PLEASE SELECT IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER WITH A PAYMENT PLAN BEFORE GOING TO THE CHECKOUT (or students can choose to pay for the session upfront as well if they choose to). Once you are ready to confirm your selection, you will need to check-out by going to your basket. For tips on paying your invoices in ECPro, read the ECPro help page.
If you want to pay via etransfer instead of credit card, students need to etransfer us the deposit to [email protected] and we will add it as a credit to you account. Once the credit is added, you can check-out and pay for the first payment of the course with the credit.
Notes on Deposits:
Deposits are equal to the school horse fees + tack fee + GST for the session and, once you are confirmed in the program, deposits are non-refundable, even you if quit or miss lessons in the program part way through. The payment plan for EDP Program is listed on the EDP page here. Please note 24-hrs notice is now required to receive a make-up lesson. Students who are behind on payments will have their lessons automatically cancelled via ECPro.
The deposits ensure that we will be able to maintain the health and well-being of the horses during the session even if students can't continue AND ensure we have enough horses allowing us to invest in more horses if registration numbers are high. Click here to see the Lesson Student Contracts on the private client page for more info on the deposits, make-ups lessons (require 24 hrs notice, must be completed by the end of the session) and your commitment to the number of lessons in a session. Ensure you have a signed copy emailed to [email protected]
For example, deposit for Summer Session 2025 is 8 lessons x $36 with GST = $302.40.
Boarders DO NOT need a deposit if using their own horse - they should see that the course is discounted when they register for a course and select their own horse. If you don't see a discount and you are using your own horse, please email the office so we can fix your account.
Don't worry, if we CAN'T find you a time-slot that works as we confirm the schedule, we will re-fund your deposit.
Ensure that you have signed up for an appropriate level for group lessons (note: level doesn't matter for private lessons):
4. What to do if you don't see a lesson that works OR you aren't sure about what lesson to join?
If you want to join the summer session but don't see a time that works for you, you can etransfer your deposit to [email protected] and include in the note what type of lesson you are looking for (private, semi-private or group) and we will work on scheduling something for you. If we can't make something work we will refund your deposit.
5. Leases: Summer Session 2025
If you are doing a lesson lease, riding the same horse in your weekly lesson, please select the lesson lease add-on ($15/lesson x 8 lessons)
If you are doing a ¼ lease and coming 2x a month for a practice ride, please select the Summer Session 2025 ¼ lease add on with 6 horse uses per month (additional $127/month for July&August)
If you are doing a ¼ lease and coming for weekly practice rides, please select the Summer Session 2025 ¼ lease with weekly practice rides (additional $236/month over July&August)
If you are doing a ¼ lease but want to do 2x week lessons instead of practice rides, you will need to register in each course separately, and select the lesson lease add-on for each course you register in.
Reminder show team students showing in the summer will need to be riding 2x a week over the summer.
