Potluck and Reindeer Rely Event Details and Schedule (below)
Hey everyone,
We apologize for the delay, we had to make a few adjustments to the schedule and horse assignments with some last minute changes.
Here's what you need to know
•Attached is the up-to-date schedule for the relay.
•The Reindeer Relay is 10-12pm (Arriving at 9am) (All are welcome to come watch and cheer everyone on)
•AGAIN Riders please arrive at 9am (meet at tack up wall by arena 2 for a quick meeting so we can go over the rules and all the details to the event and then we can catch/tack up horses to be ready to start for 10am sharp.
•Following the event we will all head upstairs for the potluck holiday Party, 12-2pm. This is where we will announce the winners from the days event, Holiday BINGO, and who wore it Best photo Contests.
•Potluck items, Please make sure to mark anything containing high Allergens like peanuts, nuts, etc.
Looking forward to a great day celebrating the holiday season with our barn family/community.

December Events
Photos with Santa December 8th from 1-3pm. $5 donation encouraged, proceeds support the Spirit Horse Project. Thank you Ron and Gwen Breland (Recycling for Animals) for sponsoring the event!
